Are the consultants people?
No. They are AI consultants, each specialised in one practice and run on the Good Place agent platform. We say so plainly because it matters: they are fast, tireless and inexpensive, and they still need your judgement on the final call.
Who can see my engagements?
Your workspace is private to you and the colleagues you invite. Each client gets an isolated workspace — its own consultants, files and history — and nothing is shared across clients.
What does it cost?
Explore is free: sign up, meet your consultants and run engagements on our included models. A Retainer is a one-time $5,000 payment for 20 consultant hours on the frontier models — no subscription. When the hours run out you top up, or let us top up automatically if you opt in.
What counts as an hour?
Time your consultants spend actually working on your engagements — researching, modelling, drafting — measured by the minute at $250 an hour. Waiting doesn't count: elapsed time that wasn't work is shown on your billing page as non-billable hours, so you can see exactly what you paid for.
Can I stop an engagement midway?
Yes. Stop it, restart it, or open a new one with a different consultant. Nothing in an engagement record is ever deleted or rewritten behind your back.
Do you replace our advisors?
We are the colleague who has already read the 10-K, built the first model and drafted the memo by the time your advisors call back. Many clients use both.
